About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing creative agency in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who loves building brands, leading campaigns end-to-end, and collaborating with talented creative, digital, and client teams. You’ll work across multiple clients (local + international) and drive marketing strategy, content direction, brand development, and performance marketing activity — ensuring every campaign delivers meaningful commercial impact.
Requirements
4+ years experience in Marketing (agency background preferred)
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (paid + organic)
Strong understanding of digital performance metrics & analytics
Experience with brand development & content strategy
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent writing, briefing, and storytelling ability
Confidence presenting to clients & managing stakeholders
Proficiency in marketing tools & platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, GA4, CRM/Email tools, project management software)
