About the Role
What you’ll do Conceptualise, own, and drive the affiliate network strategy to establish new partnerships. Onboard, retain, and grow affiliates to supply leads. Conduct meetings with existing and prospective affiliates (virtually and in-person). Guide affiliates through solutions and opportunities. Introduce new products and ventures to affiliates. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth processes and maximum conversion. Negotiate deals and structure affiliate agreements. Facilitate contracts and payments, ensuring timeliness. Set up and share affiliate performance reports. Generate insights for management and recommend improvements. Drive partnerships communication strategy. Achieve revenue and affiliate targets. Represent at networking events. What makes you a great fit 3+ years’ experience in commercial, sales, or account management (loyalty, fintech, or financial services preferred). Proven ability to build and grow partnerships. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Conflict resolution and objection handling experience. Customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering a positive client and partner experience. Adaptable and proactive in a high-growth environment.
