About the Role

We are recruiting for a growing Fintech that funds construction and development projects. This role offers end to end ownership of construction funding deals — from client engagement and credit motivation through to on site oversight and final repayment. It sits at the intersection of construction delivery, commercial judgement, and credit risk, working closely with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
